Is prior enduro experience required?
It is not strictly necessary, but it is recommended. We offer routes adapted for beginners on dunes as well as advanced levels for experts seeking technical challenges.
What documentation do I need to join the tour?
A valid driver's license (Category A) is mandatory. If you are a foreign national, ensure your license is valid in Morocco or bring an international driving permit.
What safety equipment should I bring?
A helmet, enduro boots, chest protector, knee guards, and gloves are compulsory. We recommend bringing your own gear for maximum comfort, though rental equipment is also available.
Are hotels and meals included?
Yes. On our multi-day tours we include accommodation in quality Riads or Hotels and full board (breakfast, lunch on the trail, and dinner).
What motorcycles do you use?
Our fleet consists of the latest-generation KTM Enduro EXC-F 450, 2026 model, perfectly maintained and inspected before every departure.
What happens if the motorcycle is damaged?
Damage resulting from negligent use or accidents is the client's responsibility. At the start of the tour, in accordance with the agreed conditions, a security deposit is required to cover potential parts breakage.
What is the best time of year to visit Merzouga?
The best season runs from October to May. During the summer months (June–September), desert temperatures are too high for enduro riding.
Is fuel included in the price?
The fuel required to complete the tour stages is not included in the contracted package.
Do I need special medical insurance?
It is mandatory to take out travel insurance that specifically covers "motor activities" and repatriation. The company holds third-party liability insurance, but not personal medical coverage.
How do I make a booking and what is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit. In the event of cancellation, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for refund deadlines or date-change options.
