On this 4-day motorcycle tour in Morocco, we take advantage of Errachidia’s strategic location to maximise time on the trail. We will ride our KTM 450cc motorcycles across arid plateaus, ancient fortified ksars and dry riverbeds, ending each day with Berber hospitality and landscapes that seem to come from another world. A route designed to flow with the terrain and master the reading of Saharan relief.

DAY 1: ERRACHIDIA – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA
The adventure begins in Errachidia, winding along dirt tracks through palm oases and adobe villages. The terrain is varied, with sections of compact gravel and technical passes through dry riverbeds. As we head south, the landscape opens onto desert plateaus with spectacular views, entering the pre-Saharan zone for a first contact with sand before reaching the impressive dunes of Erg Chebbi.
DAY 2: IMMERSION IN THE MERZOUGA DUNES
We dedicate the full day to the sand. After a technical riding briefing, we head into the heart of Erg Chebbi. We will practise crest navigation, ascents on giant dunes and steep descents. It is a day to enjoy throttle control and the agility of the KTMs, exploring natural lines in a silent and majestic environment.
EXPLORATION OF PLAINS AND TECHNICAL TERRAIN
DAY 3: CROSSING TO TAFRAOUT SIDI ALI
We leave Merzouga heading south, alternating technical dunes with fast hard-dirt tracks. We will cross shotts and open navigation zones where compass and instinct are key. We will tackle a more demanding and rocky final section before reaching the remote oasis of Tafraout, where the disconnect is total and the landscape becomes purely lunar.
DAY 4: RETURN TO ERRACHIDIA VIA M’HARECH
The final day offers a mix of technical mountain trails and high-speed tracks across the M’Harech plains. We will enjoy the fluidity of the terrain before returning to the deep sand near Merzouga for an epic finale. After one last adrenaline session on the dunes, we will return to Errachidia to complete this unforgettable four-day crossing.
